Reading Recipe

Karibu (Welcome in Swahili) to Reading Recipe! I created this site to nourish young minds with videos for parents and/or teachers to support beginning readers. These videos allow children to practice the reading and writing skills that are important in preschool, kindergarten, first, and second grade. My name is Ms. Obi and I am a retired reading specialist with more than 30 years of successfully teaching reading and writing. I have a masters degree and education specialist degree in reading instruction. It is a blessing and privilege to be able to create these videos. I hope you find them helpful.
