Since I'm destined to live a long life anyway, I've decided to eat right and live healthily. To craft a truly healthy meal, I studied Eastern philosophy, nutrition, traditional Korean medicine, medicinal cooking (Yakseon), and macrobiotics. I even learned bamboo crafting to make my own kitchen tools.
